1. Overview

Review Reminder for Magento 2 is a handy extension that encourages customers to leave feedback on the products they bought by automatically emailing them a review request

2. How Does It Work?

2.1 Settings

Please go to Stores ⇒ Configuration ⇒ Magehq Extensions ⇒ Review Reminder.

In Enable : choose Yes to enable

In Send Emails to Subscribers: choose All or Yes or No

In Email Configuration: setting time send email, sender, email template

In Scan Older Order: Scan old orders,System will create email log to reminder review

Enable Sending Coupon:

In Enabled: Enable sending coupon code to customer as a reward for the first product review.

In Coupon: Coupon code is sent to customer as a reward for the first product review.

In Send coupon email based on Review Status: Choose Pending Or Approve

In Email Sender: select email sender

In Email Templates: select email templates

Google Analytics Configuration

In Enabled : select Yes or No

In Campaign Source: enter Campaign Source Google Analytics

In Campaign Medium: enter Campaign Medium Google Analytics

In Campaign Name: enter Campaign Name Google Analytics

In Campaign Term: enter Campaign Term Google Analytics

In Campaign Content:   enter Campaign Content Google Analytics

Order Configuration

In Exclude SKUs: Products with those SKUs will be Excluded, can use Regular Expression, separated by ", "

In Include SKU:  Only products with those SKUs will be Included, can use Regular Expression, separated by ", "
