1. Overview
Magento 2 B2B registration form letting store owners tailor customer registration forms for B2B customers, and gather customer information more productively. It also enables administrators to control B2B customer subscriptions by accepting or declining them, and streamlines the registration process of B2B customers.

2. How Does It Work?
2.1 General Configs
For configuring the extension, log in to Magento 2, move to Stores > Configuration > MAGEHQ EXTENSIONS > B2B Registration Form where you can find various settings to enable the extension.
- B2B Registration Form: Enable or disable B2B Registration Form extension from here.
- In B2B Account Page URL: enter URL of the customer registration page
- In Shortcut Link in Header: select Yes to enable the shortcut link in the header. So customers can click this shortcut link to navigate the registration page.
- In Shortcut Link Text: enter the title of the shortcut link in the header.
- In Form Title: enter the title of the B2B registration form.
Choose additional fields in the B2B Registration form. If you do not want any fields to show up, choose No
2.2 Approval/Reject every newly-registered B2B account
B2B Registration form extension allows admin to check customer information when they submit B2B registration. By default Magento 2, the system will automatically activate the registration. This extension gives the admin time to verify the details and make a decision whether to approve or deny this B2B client registration.
In addition, the Extension also features automatic browsing of all subscriptions.
2.3 Notification, quick confirmation email
Any B2b customers who register via the form will have an email notifying the admin, which will give the admin time to check, and then accept or reject the customer who submitted the registration.
When the setting administrator accepts or rejects a customer, an email will be sent to the customer with the corresponding content.
- In Enabled: choose Yes to send notification emails to customer
- In Email Sender: enter the name of the sender from Store Email Address of the default.
- In Approval Email Templates: select among available email templates of your site to send an email after the admin approves the B2B registration.
- In Disapproval Email Templates: select among available email templates of your website to send an email after the admin rejects the B2B registration.
- In Pending Email Templates: select among available email templates of your website to send an email after customer sign-up the B2B account.
2.4 In the frontend
