1. Overview
Magento 2 Frontend Cancel Order extension allows customers can cancel their orders from the front-end and inform the admin of the order cancellation via Email.

2. How Does It Work?
2.1 General Configs
Enabled - set to Yes to activate the extension.
Allow for Selected Group(s) - choose all or particular customer groups for which order cancellation will be available.
Allowed Order Status(es) - specify which orders can be cancelled, e.g. you may allow customers to cancel pending orders only.
Allows you to create available reasons.
Extension allows you to create available reasons for customers to choose, to save your customers time, and to help you gather the most detailed information.
Allows setting email sender, email recipient and email template information in the backend.
With Frontend Cancel Order extension, you can set up which email will be the Email Sender, which will be the Email Recipient in the admin page and can configure the order cancellation notification email template.
2.2. Display on frontend
Display a pop-up window with full information, the reason for canceling the order.
When customers click the Cancel Order button, there will be a confirmation popup for customers, customers need to provide a reason and they can add comments on that popup.
Automatically send email notifications to admins
When the customer sends a request to cancel the order, an automatic email about the order cancellation will be sent to the admin.
