User Guide - Magento 2 Facebook Chat Extension

1. Overview

With the Magento 2 Facebook Chat extension, you can link your Magento 2 store to your Facebook page and communicate with your customers through Facebook messenger. This can enhance your customer support, customer loyalty and sales performance

2. How Does It Work?

2.1  Settings

Please go to Stores ⇒ Configuration ⇒ Magehq Extensions ⇒ Facebook Chat.

In Enable: Choose Yes to enable the module or choose No to disable it.

• Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
• Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
• Click your Page's name in the left menu to go to it.
• Click the About tab below your Page's cover photo, then click Page transparency.
• Click See all, then click Go to Ad Library.
• Find view_all_page_id= in the address bar of your browser. Your Page ID is the number immediately following this.
