If you are not satisfied with our product, send us a refund request within 30 days of purchase. Please send us full information such as Order ID, Transaction ID, Paypal email address via email support@magehq.com.

However, MageHQ always strives to perfect its extension, making it suitable for the vast majority of customers, so we'd love to get your feedback before requesting a refund, tell us why you want a refund, hopefully we will have a quick solution that suits your wishes.

MageHQ will refuse to refund the following cases:

• Customer submits refund request after 30 days.
• No refunds will be issued if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before buying our products, please read the content carefully, check the DEMO carefully, please buy them when you are satisfied.
• MageHQ does not offer refunds for installation extensions, support packages for free extensions, custom work services.
