Magento 2 Request For Quote extension allows customers to request a quote for one, multiple products or an entire cart. Customers will add their favorite items to the quote with their desired product quantity and price. After viewing a quote request, the shop owner can modify the quote such as adjusting the price, adding coupons, approving, canceling and discussing with the customer.

What benefits does the Request for Quote extension bring?

In e-commerce, especially B2B e-commerce, customers always want to exchange with store owners to get the lowest price and save costs for each product. This feature is not implemented in default magento at all, that's why we created Request Quote extension. The request a quote feature helps customers negotiate prices, benefiting both customers and store owners, especially suitable for B2B E-Commerce.

Enable “Add to Quote” for all products or products in specific categories.

With Magento 2 Request for Quote extension, customers are allowed to simply suggest their desired prices for products. “Add to quote” buttons appear on the category page or product detail page, helping shoppers add to the quote detail page at any time. Customers can even convert the list of products in the shopping cart to a quote cart. In the quote cart, the customer can easily change the current price of the item to the new price as desired, then send the shopping cart the quote to the store.

Store owners can select multiple cases, enable “Add to Quote” for all products, or more specifically, products in specific categories.

After receiving customer quote request, admin can approve, decline for single page in admin page. In addition, the administrator can adjust the price, quantity, and even add a discount code for the customer before sending the quote result to the customer.

Receive updates on quote requests in My Quotes and by email.

Customers will receive an email showing the details of the quote right after clicking "Submit Quote Request". and in the My Quotes page in My Account, customers can check information, comment and discuss with the shop owner.

Customers who are not logged in are fully able to request a quote.

It is not necessary to have an account on the store, customers can completely request a quote, all approval or decline information will be emailed to the customer.

In the My Quotes page in My Account, customers have access to check status information such as approval or decline, Comment and discuss back and forth with the shop owner, to come to an agreement on a suitable price for both parties.

Allows customers and admins to add attachments to quotes, making price negotiations smoother and both parties more likely to reach an agreement.

Extension allow choose customer groups

Magento 2 Request for Quote feature does not necessarily apply to all of your customers, store owners need to select customer groups to enable this feature. Your store only allows bulk buyers to negotiate discounts, then this is definitely the extension you need, you just need to set the enable module under customer groups.
